Karla made everything so easy for us. Almost two weeks after our first meeting with her, we had an accepted offer above asking. The process went so smoothly, and we appreciated Karla's knowledge and experience on the market and on what buyers are looking for. We wanted someone to come in and tell us "this is what you need to do and when you need to do it by". We got that with Karla. We followed her clear instructions and were amazed by the expediency with which we got what we feel was a very fair offer. In the month or so between going under contract and close, Karla kept in touch and supported us with what needed to be done, and she even came by and watered plants after we moved out of state, so the home was nice for the buyers.
